General TOS
Sending Payment is you accepting my TOS.- Do your research about my content through the provided examples and resources before commissioning me.
- Note possible style limitations I may have. I might not be able to make certain specifications look perfect.
- Have a relatively detailed and well thought out idea you can easily explain before commissioning me. The more detailed the better.
- I will decline any “Do Whatever You Want” Commissions.
- Filling out one of my provided forms is helpful and appreciated but NOT required.
- I have the right to decline/cancel a commission at any time.
- Do NOT trace, alter or claim my art.
- Do NOT use my art for AI or NFT material.
- Do NOT create commercial work of my art.
- If you post my art properly credit me using any of my active socials and have the watermark be visible if possible.
- Watermarks are nonnegotiable.
- Prices are nonnegotiable.
- Proof of payment is appreciated but not required.
- Payment is required after the final sketch is confirmed by a client.
- I have the right to block and blacklist any user.
- Be kind and respectful. Any bad natured communication will result in commission cancellation, a refund (if applicable), a block and possibly being blacklisted.
- Avoid trading and selling my art to people on my public blacklist. You will not be blacklisted if this occurs with no ill intent.
- I have the right to post any art I create and use it as examples. I will tag you in the post on the social medias you have accounts on if you wish.-Custom Design/Adopt TOS

- Any changes in design can occur during the sketch phase. After the sketch phase I will not do any altercations.
- You may alter the design as you wish as long as I remain credited for my art and the character design itself.
- Once you own the design you are free to do as you wish with it.
- Please keep my designs on ToyHouse, I like to see where my designs are.
- Any designs I create may be used as examples of my work and posted online, ownership credit will be present.Adopt Specific TOS
- Full payment is required within 1 month of your offer being accepted
- The character will not be transferred until FULL payment is received.
- Theft prevention watermarks will be removed upon purchase and transfer.
- You may alter the design as you wish as long as I remain credited for my art and the character design itself.
- Once you own the design you are free to do as you wish with it.
- Please keep my designs on ToyHouse, I like to see where my designs are.
- Any adopts I create may be used as examples of my work and posted online, ownership credit will be present.-Art Trade TOS

- Note possible style limitations I may have. I might not be able to make certain specifications look perfect.
- Have a relatively detailed and well thought out idea you can easily explain before art trading with me. The more detailed the better.
- Filling out one of my provided forms is helpful and appreciated but NOT required.
- I have the right to decline/cancel art trade within a reasonable time.
- If I approach you I will complete my side first.
- If you approach me first then I require you to complete your side before I complete my side.
- A sketch and updates will be provided and can be requested at any time.
- Do NOT trace, alter or claim my art.
- Do NOT use my art for AI or NFT material.
- Do NOT create commercial work of my art.
- If you post my art properly credit me using any of my active socials and have the watermark be visible if possible.
- Watermarks are nonnegotiable.

- All prices are in USD. Any other currencies should be converted to the exact amount in USD for the corresponding commission.
- I accept payment through the following; PayPal, Cashapp, & Ko-Fi.-Refunds
You are free to ask and/or discuss a refund at any time. Please note how I go about refunds.If a Refund is to Occur;
- If I have received payment and started progress on your commission you will be issued partial refund.
- If I have received payment and not started progress on your commission you will be issued a full refund.
- If I have received payment and have completed more than half of the commission you will NOT be issued a refund.
- If I have not received payment and only completed the sketch then there is no refund that will occur.
- Refunds will be done through the site that payment was received. The full amount sent to me will be refunded.
- I have the right to decline and refund any commission.-Will Do
